The only thing that they said they could help me with is refunding me for the flight but not for the $94 dollar seat selection. They first said that they will be able to refund me for the seat purchased but then later states that the airline would not allow them to refund me for the seat. I contacted them right away and when I say that I mean within 5 mins of the purchase. Do not use them for flights this was my first time ever using them and I regret it so much! I booked a flight through them for August as I was booking the flight I tried to cancel a seat purchased and it automatically went through which I am still stunned how that could even happen. product review - product hunt -trustpilot -google store etc. I submitted my feedback in all pages and will keep doing it. this reply also copy paste from old replies you can see. Update: I already contacted customer care explaining all details but they only say one statement(Sorry and we cannot do anything, once the money is received, received it is final that's all sorry). Total fraud company to steal people's money with misleading information. i charged a total 90$+ for 3 weeks finally. I have been told on the first page 30+ to a price freeze for a week. Price freeze is another cheating process. and misleading people with out any indication it is in USD(in last page there is very very small tiny letters with charged with USD) 2. Giving 1 star is very big for such a fraud. We are going to make decisions about this… They let my children be in a vulnerable situation and that is unforgivable. The only thing they did is give me 200 compensation o his app, as if this is going to help my situation. The hotel that I found is very expensive, everything was full (no other choice). Hopper didn’t care about my situation, I was out with my kids, on the cold weather, trying to find a place to be safe. Instead I had to book another reservation at 4 am because I didn’t have enough money for that. I just brought the money to spend some days with my family. I ask for a refund and the the process took three hours aprox and they process the refund but the money won’t be available in my account for 3-10 days. I arrived at the hotel at 12:45 am, and they didn’t let me in, with two children. How in the world can you let a traveler book a hotel that doesn’t allow kids, if at the beginning we indicate that information. I booked a 5 nights hotel reservation, to bring my family to New York on vacations. Jyoti was good! My problem is with Hopper. They put my kids in a vulnerable situation No live rep, no number to call and the automated process was way below user friendly. Hopper was also horrible to deal with when even requesting the refund. Note, nothing in the hotel policies states that I am required to check in on Sunday or I forfeit my entire stay. Hopper refuses to refund the room I wasn't allowed to use because I didn't purchase extra insurance. The hotel clerk informed me that since I booked through Hopper (a 3rd party) I was required to check in on Sunday and by not doing so I forfeited my entire stay. When I went to check in to the hotel (like I've done many times before) at 10am Monday morning I was told my reservation had been canceled as a no show. This was a fully prepaid reservation for three nights, Sunday through Wednesday. I am a night shift nurse so I only use the hotel room for two of the days to sleep. DO NOT USE HOPPER! I recently booked a 3 night hotel stay for work through Hopper.
